ABSTRACT

O livro Direito à Comunicação e Saúde discute a inter-relação entre esses dois direitos humanos e o seu reflexo no exercício da cidadania. Os autores traçaram uma retrospectiva das interfaces entre os dois campos, sobretudo a partir das mobilizações que originaram o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) e do cenário regulatório da radiodifusão e da Internet no país. A democratização da comunicação brasileira e a ampliação da participação social foram descritas como elementos centrais para configuração de uma sociedade democrática. A obra defende a comunicação como um bem público, que dever ser partilhado por todos.


The book Right to Communication and Health discusses the interrelationship between these two human rights and their reflection on the exercise of citizenship. The authors look back on the connection between these two fields, especially from the mobilizations that originated the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS) and the regulatory scenario (broadcasting and the Internet) in the country. The democratization of Brazilian communications and the expansion of social participation were described as central elements for the configuration of a democratic society. The work advocates for communication as a public good that should be collectively shared.


El libro Derecho a la Comunicación y a la Salud analiza la interrelación entre estos dos derechos humanos y su reflejo en el ejercicio de la ciudadanía. Los autores trazan una retrospectiva de las interfaces entre los dos campos, especialmente a partir de las movilizaciones que originaron el Sistema Único de Salud (SUS) y el escenario regulatorio de la radiodifusión e Internet en el país. La democratización de la comunicación brasileña y la ampliación de la participación social fueron descritas como elementos centrales para la configuración de una sociedad democrática. La obra defiende la comunicación como un bien público que debe ser compartido por todos.

ABSTRACT

Este artigo mapeia as estratégias de atuação do Ministério da Saúde na rede social Instagram. Realizou-se um estudo de caso no período de agosto de 2017 a agosto de 2018 para verificar como o tema da amamentação foi abordado na rede oficial do governo brasileiro para saúde. O corpus tem 65 posts sobre a questão, que foram analisados considerando as métricas de monitoramento das redes sociais: alcance; volume; atividade; engajamento dos usuários e influência do conteúdo junto aos seguidores. Analisando as estratégias de atuação do marketing social e digital identificou-se a falta de interação e resposta aos usuários e a baixa diversidade de representação das mulheres. O levantamento aponta a necessidade de problematizar as práticas do Ministério nesta rede e propor melhorias para ampliar o diálogo com a sociedade.


This article maps out the strategies of performance of the Brazilian Ministry of Health in Instagram's social network. A case study was carried out in the period from August 2017 to August 2018 to verify how the topic of breast-feeding was approached in the official network of the Brazilian government for health. The corpus has 65 posts about that issue which were analised considering the measures to monitor social networks: scope, volume, activity, user engagement and influence of the content on the followers. Analyzing the strategies of social and digital marketing used by the Brazilian government for health, it was identified the lack of interaction with users and of response to them and the low diversity of women represented on its Instagram profile. The research points out that we need to problematize Ministry practices in this network and to propose improvements to broaden the dialogue with the society.


El artículo mapea las estrategias de actuación del Ministerio de Salud de Brasil en la red social Instagram. Se realizó un estudio de caso en el período de agosto de 2017 hasta agosto de 2018 para escudriñar como se abordó el tema de la lactancia en la red oficial del gobierno brasileño para salud. El corpus tiene 65 posts a respecto del asunto y fueron estudiados considerando las medidas para monitorizar redes sociales: alcance; volumen; actividad; interacción de los usuarios e la influencia del contenido en los seguidores. Analizando las estrategias de actuación del marketing social y digital se identificó falta de interactividad, usuarios sin respuesta y la baja diversidad de representación de las mujeres en lo perfil del gobierno brasileño en Instagram. La investigación apunta la necesidad de problematizar las prácticas del Ministerio en esta red y de proponer mejorías para ampliar el diálogo con la sociedad.

Abstract Introduction Therapeutic ultrasound (TUS) is a widespread modality in physiotherapy, and the water bag technique is a coupling method employed in the presence of anatomical irregularities in the treatment area. The aim of the present study is to evaluate the acoustic attenuation of the water bag and its effectiveness as a TUS coupling agent. Methods The rated output powers (ROPs) of the TUS equipment were evaluated based on IEC 61689. Then, a radiation force balance was used to measure ROP with and without a water bag (latex and nitrile gloves filled with deionized water) between a TUS transducer and the cone-shaped target of the balance. Each experiment was performed five times for each nominal power (0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, and 7.0 W) and in the following configurations: without the water bag (A), with nitrile gloves and with (B) and without (C) a height controller, and latex gloves with (D) and without (E) height controller. ROPs obtained in different media were compared. Results The highest relative error of ROP was 16.72% for 0.5 W. Although the power values of the equipment were within the range recommended by IEC, there was a significant difference between the ROP values measured with A and with B, C and D. Conclusion As intensity differences below 0.5 W/cm2 are considered clinically not relevant, conditions A, B, C, D, or E can be used interchangeably.

ABSTRACT

El propósito de este estudio fue comparar la exactitud dimensional de tres materiales de impresión con y sin aplicación de adhesivo. Los materiales utilizados fueron: silicona de condensación Oranwash L, Zetaplus (Zhermack), silicona de adición Elite H-D (Zhermack®) y poliéter ImpregumÕ Soft (3M ESPE). Se confeccionó un modelo maestro de acero inoxidable, el cual simulaba una hemi- arcada con preparaciones para prótesis fija. Por cada material se realizaron 20 impresiones, a 10 se les aplicó adhesivo a la cubeta. Se tomaron siete medidas a los modelos de yeso obtenidos de éstas impresiones mediante una máquina de medición por coordenadas Beyond 700 /900 Mitutoyo Corporation®, para ser comparadas con las medidas del modelo maestro. Se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas con y sin aplicación de adhesivo para la silicona de condensación en la medida de la distancia bucolingual del pilar 1 (M7) y para la silicona de adición en la medida entre pilares (M6), mientras que para el poliéter no se encontraron diferencias significativas. Para todos los materiales de impresión se encontraron diferencias significativas con y sin aplicación de adhesivo y el modelo maestro, sin embargo con aplicación de adhesivo se encontró resultados más exactos. Con la silicona de adición se obtuvieron modelos más exactos tanto con como sin aplicación de adhesivo.


The purpose of this study was to compare the dimensional accuracy of three impression materials with and without application of adhesives. The materials used were: condensation silicone Oranwash L, Zetaplus (Zhermack®), addition silicone Elite H-D (Zhermack®) and Polyether ImpregumÕ Soft (3M ESPE). A master model, was made of stainless steel, which simulated one hemi-arch with preparations for fixed prosthesis. For each material, 20 impressions were made ,in which 10 of them had adhesive over the tray impression and to the other 10 had no adhesive applied. Seven measures were taken :M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6 y M7, of the stone cast and were evaluated by means of a machine of measurement that coordinates, Beyond 700 /900 Mitutoyo Corporation®, to compared them with the measures of a master model. Student's t - test was used to compare the measures with and without application of adhesive, and between the stone casts and the master model. Analysis of Variation (Tukey) was used to compare between impression materials. Significant differences were found between the ones that had been added and those without the application of adhesive, for condensation silicone in the M7 measurement and for additional silicone in the M6 measurement; whereas polyether had no significant difference. Significant differences were found between all the materials with and without adhesive application and the master model, however the ones with the adhesive application result more accurate. The addition silicone was the material that showed more accurate results with and without adhesive application.
